Mrs. Jane Crafton, who lived in the east part of town, died at Mercy hospital Monday, where she had been taken only a few days before in a serious condition with dropsy. The deceased was 70 years of age and was born in Tennessee. About two years ago he came to Marion from Missouri to live with her son Daniel. The funeral was held this morning at the Pingrey chapel with the Rev. S.D. Noah in charge.
