Edna M. Tilp, 85, of 1297 Ninth St., Marion, died Monday morning in St. Luke's Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born March 1, 1902, at Myrtle, Ill., and married Frank Tilp on Oct. 14, 1924, at Manchester. He died in 1985. Mrs. Tilp was a member of First United Methodist Chuch at Marion, Marion Nature and Garden Club and Fidelis Circle of King's Daughters.
Survivors include two daughters, Beverly Wright of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Ellen Wagenfield of Cedar Rapids; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Services: Memorial 1 p.m. Thursday, Baxter-Martinson Funeral Chapel, by the Rev. Jon Gau. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery....
