Lulu L. Booze, 102, a resident of Marion since 1941, died Sunday, Dec. 4, at the Willow Gardens Care Center in Marion, where she had resided the past five years. She was born the daughter of Granville and Anna Crouse on May 4, 1881 at Emmitsburg, Maryland. She was married to Earl L. Booze on Nov. 21, 1906 at Cedar Rapids. He died May 21, 1956. She was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist.
Mrs. Booze is survived by nieces and nephews.
Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the Murdoch Chapel at 3855 Katz Drive, Marion, conducted by Reader of First Church of Christ Scientist. Interment was in Oak Shade Cemetery.
