W.S. Cambell Dies Wednesday
Services for Weldon S. Campbell, a resident of Linn county for 40 years who died at his home at 929 Fourteenth street Wednesday night, will be held at the Yocom chapel at 2 p.m., Saturday.
Rev. James P. Gable, pastor of the Marion Methodist church of which Mr. Campbell was a member, will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Shade cemetery.
Born Oct. 4, 1884, at Troy, Iowa, he was the son of William and Frances Campbell. He married Adelaide Reichard at Marion on April 5, 1912.
He is survived by a brother, W.M. Campbell, of Roseburg, Ore. and a sister, Mrs. Charles Rehkophf, of Milton. A son, William R. Campbell, preceded him in death.
In Marion he had been empoyed by the Sigfred Clothing company, and for the past 14 years by the Iowa Electric Light and Power Co.
