Ida B. Michel Rites Friday
Funeral rites for Ida B. Michel, 86, who died at the home of her son, C.B.F. Michel, Alburnett road, Tuesday at 9:10 a.m., will be held Friday in the Yocom chapel at 2 p.m.
Elder Elmo Randolph, of Milton, Wis., will conduct services. Burial will be in Oak Shade cemetery. Mrs. Michel was a member of the Church of God, Marion.
Born near Marion June 14, 1862, she was the daughter of Wilson and Mary Cooper Certain. She married Edward Paul Michel, October 22, 1879. He died in 1921. Mrs. Michel lived her entire life in the same neighborhood.
Besides her son, she is survived by two grandchildren, George Michel, of Marion, and Mrs. Mary Stevens, of Viroqua, Wis., and six great-grandchildren.
