Mrs. Florence Ebling Smith died early today at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Ebling, North Thirteenth street, after a lingering illness. She was 32 years old and had been bed-ridden for the last year. Death was due to pulmonary trouble.
Besides her husband, F.F. Smith, Mrs. Smith is survived by two small children, Arlene age five and Ruth age seven, her parents, and two sisters, Mrs. John Massey of Cedar Rapids and Mrs. Grace Herold of Colorado Springs.
Arrangements for the funeral which will be held Sunday at the Turner chapel, have not been completed. Dr. E.R. Burkhalter will be in charge and burial will be in Shiloh cemetery. Mrs. Herold reached Cedar Rapids yesterday.
