D.E. SARGENT, 89 YEARS OLD, DIES IN CALIFORNIA

Word has been received of the death of D.E. Sargent, 87 [sic] years of age, at Long Beach, Calif., where he lived for the last eight years. He lived near Marion for about thirty years previous to going to California. He leaves a wife and one son, Floyd, of Marion. The funeral and burial will be at Long Beach.
