The body of Mrs. Hattie Snyder of Seattle, Washington, a former Marion resident, was sent to Marion for burial, and funeral services were held at the Yocom chapel Friday. Rev. W.E. Fisher, pastor of the Presbyterian church, was in charge of the services, and interment was in Oak Shade cemetery. Pallbearers were Harry Stick, George Barnoske, Fred Rowe and Bert Emmons.
