Nelson Conger Dies Suddenly
A.A. Reiszner received word, Tuesday, of the death of his son-in-law, Nelson Conger. Three or four weeks ago, while his wife was in Marion, called here by the illness and death of her mother, Mr. Conger was sick with influenza, but had apparently recovered and felt that he was able to return to his work. He went out on his trip as engineer and was taken with hemorrhages, death soon resulting. His unexpected death was a great shock to his family and friends. He was about thirty-five years of age and leaves a wife and four young children, also his mother, Mrs. Wm. Conger, and a sister, Mrs. Vesta Smith, of Minneapolis, and one brother, Harry Conger, of Mobridge, S.D. It is expected that Mrs. Conger will arrive with the body tonight from LaCompte, La., where they have been living the past few months. Her brother, Otto Reiszner, is also quite ill, at LaCompte, of influenza.
