Mrs. W.A. Hamor, age 67, died late Wednesday evening at her home, 230 Twenty-second street, after a serious illness of two weeks duration. She had been an invalid for the last ten years.
As Margaret Armspriest, daughter of John and Lucinda Armpriest, Mrs. Hamor was born at Mucie, Ind., Oct. 28, 1963. She spent her early childhood at that place and came to Iowa when about 17 years of age, living in this vicinity the remainder of her life. She was married to W.A. Hamor Dec. 22, 1886 and to this union were born three childre, Edgar, who died in infancy, Arthur of Spokane, Wash., and Edward of Marion.
Mrs. Hamor was a member of the Royal Neighbor lodge of Fairfax and the Baptist church.
Besides her husband and two sons, she is survived by one granddaughter, Geraldine, of Spokane.
