Franklin Kortsan (Kortson) an old resident of the county Dies very suddenly Monday

Franklin Kortsan one of the oldest residents of Linn county having been a resident of rapids township for nearly fifty five years died at his home near Shiloh Church very suddenly on Monday at the age of 87 years. Mr. Kortsan was a member of the settlers association and had been in his usual health until a short time before his death. The funeral will be held from Shiloh church at 2 o’clock this afternoon and the internment will be in the Shiloh Cemetary
