Special Dispatch Sent to the Dubuque Herald:
Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Jan. 5, - J. R. VanPelt, one of the oldest citizens of this county, a prominent grocer here, fell dead in his store this afternoon. Heart disease is said to be the cause.
