DR. COULTER, of Linn county, informs us that two hundred men in that county have enrolled themselves, in response to the President’s proclamation, and will be ready for duty at a moment’s notice. Maj. MCKEAN, of Marion, who did good service in the Mexican War, has about eighty men enrolled under his command.

Iowa will do its duty at all points in this stirring crisis!
