THE STATE OF IOWA, Delaware County, ss:
I, A. W. Fowler do solemnly swear that I am acquainted with C. V. Hall, of Nugent, Linn County, Iowa, and that he is at least 21 years of age; and that I am acquainted with Alice Blanche of Nugent, Linn County, Iowa, that she is at least 18 years of age... Subscribed an sworn to before me, this 12th day of December A. D. 1887. H. C. Jackson, Clerk of the Court.License Issued for the Marriage of C. V. Hall and Alice Blanche on the testimony of A. W. Fowler as to Gent & W. M. Evans as to the lady.
CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE.
To The Circuit Court of Delaware County:
This certifies, That on the 12th day of December A.D. 1887, at Manchester in said county of Delaware, according to laws and by authority, I duly Joined in Marriage C. V. Hall and Miss Alice Blanche.Given under my hand, the 12th day of December A. D. 1887 ... W. M. Evans, Minister of the Gospel.
