look up marriage of grandparents

I am seeking someone who could look up the marriage of my grandmother and grandfather in keokuk Lee iowa? My grandfathers name was Leroy Chase, born we believe in Wisconsin on Aug. 26 1889 died march 5 1974, don't know his parents name. He married my grandmother Bertha Fortner born in Illinois jan. 28 or 29 1895 died march 21 1958. Her parents are john and viola fortner. My granfathers obit. says they were married in keokuk Iowa sept 9 1915 If you could help would be forever grateful! Thanks for your time. Diana
