Looking for John K. and daughter Mary Lodicy Bell

I am trying to find any information I can on John K. Bell who was born 1826-1833 in Ohio before moving to Iowa. I have a copy of his Civil War discharge from the 13th IA Inf Vols in 1865 and I have found limited information that he and wife Margaret "Unknown" had five children in Iowa; William O. 1856, James Melvin 1859, Francis M. 1862, Clara Melissa 1864, and Mary Lodicy 1866 who was born either in Keokuk or Hill City. Mary is my wife's great-grandmother. Mary married George W. Sims in Winfield, Cowley, KS in 1889 and died Arkansas City KS 1947. If anyone has any information on any of these individuals it would be greatly appreciated.
