Joseph & Sarah Miller Family 1860s

Seeking info on a Joseph & Sarah Miller family who appear in the 1854 Iowa State Census, 1850 Federal Census and 1856 Iowa State Census in Montrose Twp., Lee Co. Family not yet located in 1860 census.

1850 Federal Census
Joseph Miller Age 32
Sarah Ann Miller Age 22
John W Miller Age 9
Jerriel A Miller Age 4
Joseph M Miller Age 1

I believe Joseph and Sarah may be the parents of a daughter named Minnie, born in Aug. 1864 at Summitville. Her obituary states her parents both died when she was two years old which suggests her parents died in 1866-1867. Jerile/Jarile is the only family member I've been able to trace with certainty. Also have a DNA match with a descendent of his.

What happened to Joseph and Sarah? Did they die from disease, fire? Did they own land in Montrose township? Cemetery records?

I would appreciate hearing from anyone with knowledge of this family.
