Update to Linda, Fredriek Manning had a son, Edward Dale Manning in March 3, 1845 in Lee County Iowa. He may have had other children. Fredriek had a wife with the maiden name of Balden, birth place not known. This is all I know. I do know that many people when by their middle names.
