Lozier Pruddens, Lee Co., IA 1860 to ?

Looking for any information about the family of Lozier Pruddens, born abt. 1827 in Ohio. Married to Mary Jane nee?, born abt. 1829 in England. He and his wife are in the 1860 Lee County census for Green Bay Twp. They are living next door to the John Barrow family to whom I think they are related; possibly Mary Jane is the sister of John Barrow? Can some one help me figure out the relationship or any other information about this family? Thanks
