Sampey - 1859 - Lee County

I'm looking for information on Richard Augustus Sampey who was born in Lee County, Iowa on 4/18/1859. He also lived in Jefferson County in 1900 and later moved to Washington State. His wife was Nancy Alice Laughery, born 5/24/1856 in Iowa. I am most interested in obtaining information about Richard's parents, Griffith Sampey and Julie Linskae.
