Azubah Singleton - Lee County Home & Insane Asylum

I am trying to find a death date and burial place for Azubah Singleton, born Sept 9 1865 in Farmington, Iowa. She was committed to the hospital for the insane in Mount Pleasant in 1899. In 1940 she appears in the census in the Lee County House & Insane Asylum. Thank you. Diane Schroeder
