I am searching for the birth parents of Cynthia Rye (her true birth name). She was adopted in 1963/4. She was born in Keokuk, Lee, Iowa, June 26 1957. She and her 4 siblings were all put up for adoption when she was 4 or 5 years. She had 2 older brothers a sister after her and a brother after that. They were placed in the Annie Whittenmyer Home in Davenport, Iowa. She was adopted by a couple in Council Bluffs, Iowa in 1963/4. If you live in Keokuk, would you please go to the court house and look up her birth? I would so much appreciate it.
