COMPREHENSIVE INDEX TO LEE CO MARRIAGES AND GRAVES

I have found a reference to a "Comprehensive Index to Lee Co Marriages and Graves" by Marcia Conners (saying there is a copy at the DAR library). Does anyone know if any libraries have this? I need copies of page 15 on Thomas Burnes.

Also, the "Index to Lee County Iowa papers Disposed District Court" Case #40, Box 7, is Phebe Burns vs John R Byers. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this?
