Felix T. Hughes lineage

I am seeking information on Felix T. Hughes. An articl on him stated he was born and reared in Missouri and moved to Keokuk where he had resided for the last 26 years (the article was written in the 1903 to 1907 period). He was a lawyer, and served as mayor of Keokuk, judge of the court and for 15 years president and general counsel of the Keokuk and Western Railroad.

The article on him include some of what he wrote on his Hughes lineage. Herein is where my primary interest lay.
