I have information that Wilhelm Stremmel was married to a Mathilda Johnson on 6 August 1889. From his census entry in Phelps County, Missouri, in 1900, I found that he immigrated in 1882 from Prussia. I am requesting anyone to do a lookup in the Naturalization Records for a possible Declaration of Intention, or similar record for this person. Also, I would like to verify Mathilda Johnson's name. The census says she is of German extract, yet Johnson is not a German surname. Was she married previously?
