Bench/Cook families

My gr grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Bench b.1841 in IN moved to Lee Co IA with parents Samuel Wiley Bench & Charity Cook. Charity d. 1848 in Lee Co.Mary E. may have stayed with Uncle Jesse & Mary Cook in 1856. Mary Elizabeth married George W. Smith and had 2 girls Lorinda(my grandmother) and Laura. Any info on these families would be appreciated.Mary E. died early 1870's.
