There are two Isaac Williams families in the 1850 Lee County federal
census. The places of birth of both would be close to your Isaac, as
well as pattern of migration, and perhaps a son born in Ohio. Good luck.

County: Lee Township: Montrose
Page: 391, LNs 17-20, DN 52, [this is also the Julie Dannells or Dannelds household], FN 55Williams, Isaac, age 23, born Ohio. Occupation, Boatman.
Wife, Euprasia [sic], age 20, born Ohio.
Milton A. [looks like Wilton or Milton], male, age 10/12s, born Iowa.
And also in household, a girl named Miriam Cory, age 8.
