Looking for any information on the following family who may have only been in this area for a short while before going on to Mo.?

George Washington Best B 1849 (unconfirmed). He married Lucy Caroline Kirk 12/24/1873 in Ft. Madsion, Iowa.She was born 10/6/1851 in Iberia, Ohio. She died 2/12/1941 in Seneca, Ks. He died 3/4/1921 in St. Joseph, Mo. He supposedly had a sister named Sarah E. Best born 1844 and died 1925. She married Henry C. Schroeder on 1/4/1860 in Lee Co., Iowa.

George and Lucy had three children. (a) Minnie Rose Best born 1874 and died 1876. (2) Cora Pearl Best born 9/25/1876 in Montrose, Iowa. D: 1/30/1976 in Ks. (3) George M. Best born 1880 and d 1914 supposedly in Ks.

George's sister Sarah and her husband had the following children:
(a) Clarence
(b) Anna B abt 1865 m ? Ferguson
(c) Jennie b abt 1865 m Fred Whipple
(d) John A. b 1862
(e) Henry L. b abt 1865
