Searching for ancestors or descendants

I am searching for Margaret Wilhelm known to be living in Montrose, Iowa in 1988. It is not known if she is still living. I would like to contact her or any of her living descendants if any of them are still living in the area. Margaret is the daughter of Harley and Birdie (Reich) Tow and had a brother Guy Tow that died in 1988 in Susanville, CA and is buried in a cemetery in Doyle, Lassen Co., CA. If anyone knows of the whereabouts of this family please contact me by e-mail. Thanks.
