STATE NEWS

Michael Fox, of Keokuk, got on a “bender” last Monday; during that night he was found dead drunk on the sidewalk in the shrubs as was lodged in the calaboose, where he was found dead on the floor next morning. Coroner’s jury brought in a verdict, “Death from excessive use of liquor and exposure.”
