William Daniels Dies in Keokuk

Keokuk, Iowa. -- William Daniels, 68, of 200 Bank street, died of a heart attack at 8:30 o'clock Tuesday night in his home. He had been in failing health for several weeks.

Mr. Daniels was born in Kentucky Feb. 14, 1869, moving to Clark county Mo., when young where he engaged in farming for twenty-five years. He was married in Clark county Oct. 4, 1899, to Sarah Armstrong and they came to Keokuk in October, 1921, where Mr. Daniels was employed at the Keokuk Canning company for twelve years.

Surviving are the widow; four brothers, Jasper of Keokuk, George of Rock Island, Ill., Lewis of Fort Madison and Clarence of Oklahoma, and two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Wells of Revere, Mo., and Mrs. Belle Stacey of Idaho.
