Mary E. Linquist Aug. 31, 1914-May 25, 1999

JOHNSTON -- Mary E. Linquist, 84, of 5815 Winwood Drive, Johnston, died Tuesday, May 25, 1999, in Mercy Hospital Medical Center.

She was born on Aug. 31, 1914, in Keokuk, the daughter of John Isaac and Hazel Brown Linquist.

Survivors include; two brothers, Glen Linquist of Keokuk and John Linquist of San Mateo, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She had been a resident of the Des Moines Area since 1960.

Miss Linquist lived in Keokuk most of her life prior to moving to the Des Moines area.

She worked at Mercy Hospital Medical Center as a Medical Technician. She retired in 1979.

Miss Linquist was a member of the Westchester Evangelical Free Church.

Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Westover Funeral Home, Des Moines.

Graveside services are at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Oakland Cemetery, Keokuk.

Visitation is after 3 p.m. today with family meeting friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Westchester Evangelical Free Church.
