Gredell Funeral to be held here.
Funeral services for Mrs. Lulu Gredell, former Alexandria and Keokuk resident who died on Sunday afternoon at two o'clock in Denver, Colo, will be held from St. Mary's Catholic church here on Friday morning at nine o'clock.
The body is expected to arrive here on Thursday evening about five o'clock and will be removed to the Gredell residence at 1116 Timea street and remain there until time for the funeral.
Mrs. Gredell was born in Alexandria, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Scott and was married at Kohoka MO in February of 1903 to Joseph A. Gredell. They resided at Alexandria until 1918 when they moved to Keokuk and spent the next 12 years in this city.
A daughter, Margaret, died on April 2, 1929 and Mr. Gredell died on Apirl 15, 1930. Since the death of her husband, Mrs. Gredell has made her home in Denver with four nieces whom she reared.
One of the nieces Lydia Peebles, also preceded her in death. Surviving are the other three nieces, Lulu, Minnie and Eloise Peebles, in addition to a number of other relatives.
