Death of Mrs. Samuel Pollock at Chicago.
Friends in this city will be pained to learn of the death of Mrs. Eliza M. Pollock, who died in Chicago Friday evening. Mrs. Pollock resided in this city for several years, her husband, the late Samuel Pollock, being engaged here in the wholesale grocery business and during their residence here, made many warm friends.
Mrs. Pollock died at her home 6461 Minerva avenue, Woodlawn, on Friday evening. She was sixty-five years of age, and is survived by two sons and one daughter: Edward L., Charles A., and Lydia M., all of whom reside in Chicago. Mrs. Pollock was one of this city's early settlers and while she lived here was one of the prominent residents of Keokuk. Mr. Pollock died here about twenty years ago, and he is buried in Oakland Cemetery.Unknown Newspaper published in Lee County, Iowa
