The funeral of John GARBER, whose sudden death occurred at West Point Friday afternoon, Sept. 30, was conducted from the home of his parents at Libertyville, Iowa, Sun., Oct. 2, at 2 p.m.
He was born at Libertyville, Iowa, and was a few days past 34 years of age, and a man of much talent, being telegraph operator for a number of years. He had been at West Point for four years.
He leaves a wife and four children, father, mother, and three brothers, The Masons and Modern Woodmen, of which Mr. GARBER was a member, participated in the funeral services, and the body laid to rest in Fell Cemetery.
