May 26, 1883: John SIKEL & wife Deed to Nicolas PRISIS
For the consideration of two hundred and fifty dollars, we John SIKEL
and Albeta SIKEL, his wife of Lee county, and state of iowa, do hereby
sell and convey unto Nicolas PRISIS of Lee county and state of Iowa, and
to his heirs and assigns, the following described premises, to-wit: the
south west part of lot number seven (7) in Whites Addition to Fort
Madison, Lee county and State of Iowa, the tract herein conveyed
containing about one acre and one half of an acre more or less, and
comprising all that part of said lot N 7 which lies on the south side of
the wagon road, running through said lot in the county of Lee and state
of Iowa and warrant the title against all persons whomever. in witness
where-of, we have hereunto signed our names this 26th day of May 1883.
