SOELLINGER, M., proprietor of Eclipse Saloon, corner of Main and Eighth sts.; born in Germany in 1832; came to America in 1857; to Lee Co. in 1858 ; started present business in 1876. Married Miss Louisa Chart in 1859; she was born in Paris, France, in 1843; they have eight children— Matilda, Amanda, Emma, Joseph, Josephine, Theodore, Louis, Morris; Mr. Soellinger keeps the summer beer garden, between Eighteenth and Nineteenth sts. ; belongs to the I. O. O. F. Lodge.
