Lotts Creek was located just north and east of Whittemore, Kossuth County, IA, in Lotts Creek Township. I have a map if you are interested. I also found several entries in the History of Kossuth County concerning a Robert STEPHENSON who settled in Section 27 of the township. He was later killed when a tornado went through his farm. If you would like more information, I could copy the entries and send them to you. Let me know.
