It appears that Jessie L. Smith is the daughter of Robert R. Smith and his first wife, Clara J. Lloyd. I located obituaries for Robert and Clara and some census, marriage and cemetery records. The dates for Mina are inconsistent. Hope this helps.

Rites for Smith, 70, Conducted in Algona
ALGONA, July 9.—Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Presbyterian church with the Rev. C. Paul Carlson officiating for Robert Smith, 70, who died at his home Saturday morning following an illness of nearly four months. He was born in New York state Sept. 20, 1864, and when two years old came to Iowa settling near Irvington. In 1893 he was married to Clara Lloyd, when they moved to Algona. His wife died in 1901 and in 1904 he was married to Mina Bliss who preceded him in death a year ago. For many years Mr. Smith was employed in the Sperbeck buttertub factory. He leaves one daughter, Jessie, at home. Burial was made at the Irvington Cemetery.

Mrs. Robt. Smith Dead

After only two weeks' Illness Mrs. Robt. Smith succumbed to pneumonia. Her funeral will be held today at the Irvington church, Rev. Olierenahaw officiating, and the remains will be laid in the Irvington cemetery. Mrs. Smith was Miss Clara J. Lloyd, daughter of a well known family in Irvington. She was born in Missouri in September, 1864, was married Oct. 8, 1894. One baby, 11 months of age, survives to be at once a care and a solace to the husband who mourns. Mrs. Smith had many friends and was known to all as a gentle and womanly woman. Her early death will bring a tear of sympathy from us all.
