Albert Schmidt appears to be buried in Whittemore, Iowa. St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery is a good guess. You could contact St. Michael Catholic Church, 603 3rd St, PO Box 337, Whittemore, IA 50598; Phone 515-884-2618

Rites Thursday At Bancroft

Lone Rock — Albert Schmidt, 52, resident of this area for the past five or six years, died Sunday in University hospitals at Iowa City where he had been a patient for the past week and a half. He went to Iowa City to undergo surgery, but suffered a heart attack in the hospital only three days after his arrival there and the surgery was postponed. Funeral services for Mr. Schmidt will be held Thursday morning in St. John's Catholic church at Bancroft, with burial slated at Whittemore.
