BRANDFORD, BRANDJORD, BRENDJORD

The 1900 Census for Ledyard lists Peter O. Brandford, age 60, and his son, Ole O. Brandford, age 28. They immigrated to Story City from Norway in 1880 where their name was Brendjord. I am unable to find any information in the USA on either of them before or after the 1900 Census. Any information on either of them would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.
