The remains were laid to rest in Riverview cemetery with Masonic services conducted at the grave. Pall bearers were Raymond Irons, W. E. McDonald, Geo. Spongbert, G. D. Stokes, John Wheelock and W. A. Dutton.

Two of Mr. Stock’s children, Mrs. Ouellette and Kenneth, news editor of the Sioux City Journal and his family were here for the rites. Leon of Marysville, Washington, was unavoidably absent.

Out of town relatives and friends who came for the services were as follows: Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Stock and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Stock of Storm Lake; Mrs. Jalmer Johnson, Albert City; Mrs. Annie May, Lake Park; Mrs. Mae Fleming, Spirit Lake; Mr. and Mrs. K. M. When he was eight years old, he came to the United States with his parents. His earlier adult years were spent in the meat business, but he found his calling as a life insurance salesman for the Equitable Life Assurance Co, with whom he was associated for thirty years. Mr. Stock was an honest, upright citizens, and always had a friendly smile and greeting for his friends.
