BOY CLEANING RIFLE CAUSE
OF BROTHER’S DEATH

Algona, Ia., Nov. 23. The four year old son of Mrs. and Mrs. W. H. Nugent of this city was accidentally shot and instantly killed Saturday evening about 8 o’clock by the accidental discharge of a 22 caliber rifle in the hands of an older brother, about 11 years old, which he was in the act of cleaning it after he returned from hunting. The parents are nearly prostrated with grief over the very accident and the boy who was cleaning the gun is nearly crazy over the accident.
