June 24, 1952 - Algona Upper Des Moines - Bancroft — Funeral services for Leo Zeimet were held this morning (Tuesday) at St. John's church, with burial in St. Joe's cemetery. Mr. Zeimet died last Saturday evening after a lingering illness. Rev. J.H. Schultes officiated.

Mr. Zeimet was born March 26, 1916, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Zeimet at St. Joe. He moved with his parents to Bancroft 15 years ago.

Surviving are his parents, five sisters, and one brother. They are Mrs. Geo. Diers, Mrs. Bernard Kunkel, Mrs. James Kunkel, Gladys and Marjory, and Arthur, all living around Bancroft. Pallbearers were Marvin Becker, John Kemna, Jr., Bancroft, and Harold Illg, Edward Illg, John Wagner, and Ronald Zeimet, all of St. Joe. Garry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
