June 1, 1917 - Humboldt Republican - A sad accident happened at the Nick Zeimet home northwest of town last Friday afternoon. It seems that there was some medicine in the form of tablets laying on the table which one of the children got hold of and gave some to the smaller child who ate quite freely of them. When Mrs Zeimet discovered what they were doing she stopped them and called a doctor immediately, as the tablets contained some poison. Before the doctor arrived, however, the little fellow had died from the affects of the poison. Mr. and Mrs. Zeimet have the sincere sympathy of the entire community.
