June 8 1967 - Algona Upper Des Moines - Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Peck, 77, were held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter and Paul's Catholic Church with Rev. Louis Greving officiating. Burial was in St. Joe Cemetery at St. Joe. Mrs. Peck died Sunday afternoon at Mercy Hospital, Fort Dodge, where she was taken by ambulance Friday.

Born and reared at St. Donatus, Mrs. Peck came to the St. Joe area in 1910. In 1911 she married John P. Reding who died in 1921. In 1923 she married Harry Peck who died in 1933. After Mr. Peck's death she moved to West Bend.

Surviving is a granddaughter, Miss Kathy Ryan, Harmon, Illinois, who spent summers with her grandmother; two brothers and a sister, Peter Ternes, Big Lake, Minn., John Ternes, living in Montana, and Mrs. Frank Marx, Watertown, S.D. Mrs. Peck was a member of St. Peter and Paul's Church.
