Feb 12, 1934 - Rolfe Arrow - Funeral services were held Saturday morning at St. Joseph's Catholic church for Mrs. Henry Geishecker, 54, who died Thursday at her home 3 miles east of St. Joe after a week's illness of pneumonia. She had been in good health up to the time of her last illness and her death was unexpected. Reports received in Rolfe a few hours before her death indicated she was recovering, but complications brought about a sudden change for the worse and death followed.

She was born Katherine Schrieber on Dec. 1, 1879, in St. Joe, and was married Oct. 4, 1903, to Henry Geishecker. To the union two daughters were born, both of whom, with the husband, survive. The children are Miss Irene, teaching in the D.M.T. schools, Rolfe, and Mrs. Francis Hilbert of Irvington.

Miss Irene Geishecker, who had been at her home since Thursday, returned to Rolfe Sunday afternoon and made arrangements regarding her work at D.M.T. She went back to St. Joe that evening and will remain there thru this week.
