BURIAL MONDAY, WEST BEND, FOR MRS. BANWART, 74

Services for Mrs. Nathan Banwart, 74, were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Apostolic Christian Church with burial in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Banwart died Friday, April 9, 1971, in the Palo Alto County Hospital, Emmetsburg.

Esther Kropf was born at Pulaski where she was reared and educated. In 1920 she married Nathan Banwart there and the couple moved to West Bend.

Surviving are the widower; 11 children: Glenn, Rankin, Ill.; Miss Florence Banwart and Mrs. Lucille Schmidt, both of West Bend; Mrs. Gladys Koehl, Morris, Minn.; Floyd and Mrs. Mary Schmidgall, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; Miss Doris Banwart, Mrs. Mabel Weber and Miss Joyce Banwart, all of Peoria, Ill.; Mrs. Lydia Payne, Pulaski; and Joel, Eureka, Ill.; 31 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a sister, Miss Sarah Kropf, West Bend.
