Record of the Last Will and Testament of Thomas Henderson, Deceased.

In the name of God, Amen.

I, Thomas Henderson of Algona, Iowa being of sound mind and realizing that death is sure to come do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament.

First, after the payment of my last sickness, debts and funeral expenses have been paid I desire that all of my personal property of every kind shall go to my four children, Walter C. Henderson, Luther W. Henderson, Frank Henderson and Mrs. Elsie Cady jointly.

Second, I desire that my real estate which I now own, being Lots five and six (5 & 6) in Block eighty one (81) and the Lot Five (5) in Block (3) three, all in Algona, Iowa according to the original plat thereof shall go to my beloved wife Margaret C. Henderson and remain hers as long as she is my widow and unmarried. In case she remarries or at her death all of said real estate shall descend to my four children jointly, being those above described Walter C., Luther W., Frank Henderson and Mrs. Elsie Cady.

Third, I desire that my son Luther W. Henderson shall be appointed executor of my estate without bonds.

STATE OF IOWA, KOSSUTH COUNTY.

I, W. C. Dewel Clerk of the District Court in and for said county, do hereby certify that on this day, at the February term, A.D., 1905, of said court, then sitting as a Court of Probate, the will and & instrument in writing hereunto annexed, and bearing date on the 25th day of September A.D., 1899 was duly proved before and allowed by said court as and for the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of Thos. Henderson late of Kossuth County, Iowa, deceased, and was by said court ordered to be such will and testament.

I hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court in said county, this 15th day of February A. D., 1905, at my office.
