My gg grandmother was HANNAH MARIA STARR EVANS. She was born in Brownsville, PA (b 9-13-1839) and married David Reece Evans (b 5-19-1836)there. They came to Keokuk Co, Iowa and lived on a farm near North English. Her parents were Thomas Starr (b 10-19-1809) and Mary Lindsay (b 1-29-1816) moved with them from Brownsville, PA. Hannah & David had the following children: Mary Elizabeth, William Phineas, Alvaretta, Thomas McClennan, Essa May, Flora, Anna Bell, Charlotte, David Virgil, Abyy Rebecca,Clifford Cecil, & finally, my grandmother, Janette Olive (b. June 25, 1884. How are you related and can you share more info? Thanks, Sandy
